ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED UNTIL A CUPCAKE ASSOCIATE HAS CALLED TO ACQUIRE A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER. All sales are final upon removal from the store, or delivery receipt. No refunds or exchanges.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SPECIAL ORDERS: Any cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for all orders, or your credit card will be charged. All changes to special orders must be received 48 hours in advance. there are no exceptions. ***CUSTOMER IS

CAKES: Orders must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. WE SUGGEST ALLOWING AT LEAST A WEEK'S NOTICE IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOUR CAKE ORDER CAN BE PROCESSED. We do carry frosted cakes in the store. This is subject to change during the holidays.
